The St. Louis Rams have had much success in this history since their start in 1937. The Rams have appeared in the playoffs twenty seven times and won fifteen division championships. Originally named the Cleveland Rams and then the Los Angeles Rams, they were one of the first teams to play their home games in a western state. This geographic location helped the team become as large as it is today. With a large number of winning seasons and a Superbowl victory in 1999, the Rams will continue to be a well known NFL team. |
